Rodeo

A week ago, we became official Lehi residents by attending the Round-up Rodeo. After 3 years of living here, we thought maybe it was time.

Can you guess which boy enjoyed the rodeo the most?



We got home around 11, and had to take a shower due to all the dirt, dust and poo we had just been in for a few hours. Then the boys discovered our cowboy hats.



Now all we need is a truck and we'll be official.

I totally rocked Father's Day this year.

My sister Holly has a friend, who became my friend after I went to a concert with her and some friends. This kid is right out of his freshmen year at BYU, but oh my heavens, he is going somewhere. His name is Dallin Soloman and he is an amazing artist.

Wanting something different, I called Dallin and asked him to do some art for me.

And I LOVE IT.

Guess who else did.

It also helps that our kids are so dang good looking.

These boys are the best of friends. That is not to say they don't have their awful squabbles, but I love moments like these. Also because they are getting clean at the same time.

Plus they pull the best faces. Mostly Jack.









We called hair like this in the tub "yankies." Did anyone else do that, or is that just our family?

Anywho, these yankies are in honor of their Baba (Grandpa Sparks), the king of yankies.
