YO MIKA!

Me, Lauren, Holly and Alyssa went and saw MIKA on Friday night. We were SOOOOO excited and it was going to be an awesome show. But of course, there were some catches.


First, we waited in line for 2 HOURS. With NO COATS. We thought we'd get into the venue quick and of course it'd be hot because people would be dancing and stuff. We were so cold. I swear I am still thawing. The bouncers wouldn't let us go up in line with Lauren and Hayley Tintle so we were pretty mad because we ended up staying in the back while they were in the front by the stage.
While we were waiting in line the bouncers came and told us that he left his equipment at his last show and it was going to be an acoustic show. It ended up being pretty cool, but he wasn't able to play some of his songs that we wanted to hear because he needs all of his stuff.

I need to stop complaining because it actually was a good show, even though it was only 45 minutes long. He needs to come again with all his stuff so we can get the WHOLE show. YO MIKA! We love you. Come again soon.

ONE!

Samuel is the big ONE! We had a family party on Saturday and had all of Sam's favorite for lunch, Chicken Nuggets, Mac 'n Cheese, and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. His real birthday was Feb 5th.

This was absolutely hilarious. Sam loves to push anything and everything, so Rhianne put Riley in his hippo walker. It was too funny.

Sam had a great party, he went home and napped for 3 HOURS! He got tons of presents and loved having all the people he loves around him. Happy Birthday sweetie!Here's my sweet babe a year ago. Sam will always be my little baby.

Adventures of Sam

Yes Sam is getting older, and bigger. I can't believe my baby turns 1 on Tuesday...good thing I have another teeny tiny on the way to satisfy my baby craving.
I had a strong desire to make brownies last night. I told Adam that Claire wanted them (we think it's a girl). My favorite part of making anything is getting every morsel out of the bowl with a spatula. I was licking the spatula and Sam looked up at me with the sweetest eyes that said, "Share mommy!" I couldn't resist. So Sam and I had brownie batter. It was fun.
