In the month of April we:
1) Took the binky away from Sam.
Yes I said Sam. He slept with his binky still. Very traumatic experience. Although Jack was equally as depressed. Even though he just liked to use a binky to tease Sam.
2) Put Jack in a big bed.
This was awful. I wanted to run away, and I did a few times. Adam has been home a lot this week because I have been near breakdown. Jack was not napping at all. He was a wreck, so in turn, I was too. Monday, it clicked. He totally naps in his bed now. He tells me to "more king" which means "more sing."
3) Made a decision.
Yes we did it. BYU wins. Free tuition is so hard to pass up! So neighbors, Utah friends, and Utah family, get ready to put up with us for at least 3 more years.
To be honest, these three things have exhausted me.

I'm glad you guys are staying in Utah! Sorry about your rough week, I just hate weeks like that! You are an awesome mom and I totally look up to you. Keep up the great work.
oh my gosh that sounds like such a hard week! i'm so sorry.... i'm am dreading all this parenting stuff. big kid beds, potty training... i will die.
Yes, exhausting stuff--especially when it deals with sleep issues.
At least now you can thoroughly enjoy yard sales this summer because you're staying!
Sam and Jack are so wonderful and we have you and Adam to thank for being wonderful parents! looking forward to going on our trip!! yay!

oh yes...transitioning our poor kids...fun stuff! you now have big boys! wow! yay for you guys!
