It's been a while

So many things have happened since our last post, so this one is going to be long.
Jack is growing so big! He turned 1 month old yesterday.

This kid is extremly strong. I guess I'm not used to little babies because both my boys have held up their heads within days of birth.

We bought tons of cereal. Not exciting you say? Come look at our pantry and entryway closet. If anyone has a cereal craving, just come on over. This picture is only half of one Albertsons run.

Sweet Jack with his daddy.

Samuel absolutely LOVES Nursery. He is so sweet to all the kids. He was sad and crying when Adam picked him up last week. The nursery leader said he started to cry when he saw all the kids leaving. He loves playing.

Look at this hair!!! He came out like this hairy and has stayed this hairy. Sam had lots of hair, but he didn't keep the thickness like Jack has.

This is my organized boy. He lines up cars, motorcycles, craisens, figurines, books, anything he plays with. He loves to smile for the camera now, but he will only do it for 1/100th of a second and then look away.

"Baby!" It is so sweet to hear Samuel say "baby." He loves his brother and gets worked up when he cries (which isn't very often).

What a boy. Cars lined up, eating a hot dog naked with a big owie on his face. He went to the zoo with his cousin Sophia and Nana and Pots (grandma and grandpa Dayton). I was getting the double stroller ready in the garage and he came to see and stood at the top of the cement stairs. He got so excited and started to jump or take a step, I'm not sure, and he fell down the stairs. Pots tried to catch him, but he was a little too late. It was a sad time for a few minutes. But by the time we got his carseat in the car, he was fine and so excited to go to the zoo.
Poor guy.

Sophia and Sam had so much fun together. They played SO good. There were only 1 or 2 squabbles that ended so quickly. I wish we lived closer to Brad and Cynthia, these 2 would be best friends!!!!
They took turns pushing each other in the stroller. Funny kids.

Daddy loves.

Favorite Uncle Rhett. He is so good to his neices and nephews, by the time he has kids he is going to be pro.

Riding the scooter with Uncle B.

Chubby Smile!!! This cutie has been smiling since day one, seriously. I just haven't caught it yet and I finally got this little fatty one.

Sam's new love is planes. He is watching a remote control one at the park.

DINOSAURS! Nana and I took Isaak, Sam, Buster (Noah) and Jack to the museum. The day had a lot of pointing followed by "Whoa!" and dinosaur growls. Sam loves Dinoarus and had a blast with Isaak, although I think the goal of the day was to drive their cars on every surface within sight. This is right before Sam gave Buster a kiss (and with Sam, kisses must be on the lips).

Sam thought it was funny to get stuck between these 2 displays.

I think Nana was accidently tickling him.

Oh Sharks are another favorite of Sam's.
Sam is our little scientist. He was so interested in the sand.

Little Jack on Oct 3rd, 1 month!

Last night we got Cold Stone (free for my birthday) and went and played at the park across the street from the Alpine Tabernacle. We thought the park would be quaint, but never thought of the traffic. It was so loud, but Sam had a great time, climbing up the slide backwards...

Oh life is fun. We're still surviving with 2 boys. It's been fun, but there is so much to worry about!
Other fun things that have happened lately is Adam's sister Olivia is getting married! She and Joseph VanCott are getting married Nov 21st. We love Joe and are excited to have him in the family. And I'm loving being in on the wedding plans. I adore weddings...
Another wedding is coming too! Aunt Donna is getting married! We haven't met her fiance but we're excited for her.
But most exciting of all is it is FALL!!!!!!!! This is my absolute favorite time of the year. I love the holidays. Halloween is my favorite, next to Christmas. I love the time spent with family, being able to bundle up in the cold, cooking yummy treats, and of course cuddling with my boys. Bring on the holidays!

L-O-V-E your Halloween blog background! I've never even seen that much cereal on the store shelf-- I really don't believe it fits in your pantry!

Ah, I feel the exact same way about Fall. Crisp air, pumpkins, the promise of the approaching holidays! And I just discovered it's even more fun with a three-year-old. She GETS it, and she SO excited! Which makes me just that much more happy!

Glad to see you're doing good. Darling boys, as usual.
