This was our view from the yard, it was perfect.
This float was a little too much for me. They were singing, "Going to the Chapel" But they had changed it to "Going to the temple."
Sam intently watching the firetrucks.
Sam and Syd sittin' in a chair inside the house watching everyone pack up their parade stuff.
Sam had 2 big spills at Great-Grandma and Grandpa Dayton's. He skinned both knees pretty bad. He needed some loves with his doggie and daddy. If you can't tell by Adam and Sam's faces, it was SO HOT. I personally felt awful. Adam's cousins are all a lot younger than him (age 10 and lower) and they were screaming and running around. Between the heat and the screams, it was awful.
At the Sparks' swim party, Sam just wanted chips.
Grandpa Sparks trying to get Sam to smile.
Sam got more and more comfortable the farther he got away from the fireworks. Grandma's lap was the place to be. He did not like being up close, it made him really worried.
The end of a long day. Tired tired boy.
Just think, next year we'll have an almost 1 year old running around and Sam will be 2 1/2! It's going to be crazy, but so fun.

Sam is so cute! I love when you post pictures of him! Your 4th of July sounded exhausted but oh so much fun too!
I know who he got his love of chips from:) ha ha. When can we hang out? I think it should be soon before you have the baby and then again after you have the baby:)
